TEI opens 2011 with GE Capital Film
Takeda Entertainment, Inc rings in the new year shooting a corporate film for GE Capital. The film highlights GE Capital’s many financial wins from their eight international regions. The film will open their international company meeting in January.
“Like a lot of other financial groups, the past few years have been tough for them, so we’re excited to tell a positive story,” said
director Scott Takeda. “2010 has been a comeback year, so we are using the classic GE light bulb as a storytelling element to show how the company emerged from the darkness into the light. It plays into their corporate branding and tells a story about them harnessing their imagination and fresh ideas. I can't wait for the client to see the finished result."
Takeda Entertainment will be mixing narrative film techniques, live-action green screen and full-motion animation. Leading the team are John Penzien (creative director) and Stacey Dagnault (executive producer) from BI Worldwide in Minneapolis. The creative team in Denver includes Takeda (
director), Brock Sherman (art director), Annie Hamilton (casting director), Dave Klein (cinematographer), Slade Williamson (field audio), Zlatko Makic (post production sound), and actors from Donna Baldwin Talent.
